Why we invested
Halden Logistics had a strong founder, loyal customers and a clear plan, but needed capital and an operating partner to scale it. We committed a board seat, our operating bench and patient capital sized to the plan rather than the fund.
What we built together
Over the hold we focused on three things: a stronger leadership bench, systems that could handle twice the volume, and disciplined acquisitions that made the core business better. Every number on this page is illustrative.
